To scale a part: In the Home tab, click on the Scale button. Drag spheres to change the size of the block To rotate a part: Click the Rotate button. Drag a sphere to rotate the part. Change Snap. Select the Model tab. Use the arrows next to Rotate or type in a new number. Turn Off Snap.
