Fishing blueprints can be obtained by fishing or breaking corals. Fishing blueprints can be gotten from fishing (not sure if Iron Fishing Rod is required) whereas weapon blueprints either need to be bought using quest currencies or can be gotten by fighting mobs.
Can someone tell me how to get this blueprint. I have reached level 68 Heavy Melee and 71 Light Melee. 0.025% chance of obtaining one from killing a Buffalkor or buy one from a shop. The going rate seems to be around 13 million for one though.
