I got banned on my account, but I was logged into the same account on different devices, and when I changed accounts it worked, but on the Roblox player it shows a screen which I can't click, so I know I can't be hardware banned. so, what is the reason for the player to be frozen?

5 wrz 2023 · It all depends a bit. It’s always very important to write an appeal ticket on every single ban and warning. I think by now an awnser should have arrived. I guess what I can do is giving you recommendations on how to avoid false bans and how to write good tickets! Firstly: Never brake Roblox’s Community Standarts.
Unfortunately, it went straight back to the banned screen and I couldn't click the logout. For some reason, the entire screen has the cursor turn into the finger that indicates it could be clicked, but when I click anywhere, including the logout button, it doesn't work.
