25 paź 2024 · Main Street is Open! With the shorter days and a limited amount of trucks hauling, the paving of the final four blocks of Main Street took a little longer than expected, with the final pavement completed on Tuesday evening by Central Specialties.

It entails the various construction of underground utility and street improvements in the City of Perham and rural Otter Tail County. Updates are also available on the Perham Area Chamber of Commerce’s website.

Starting at the. intersection of Third Avenue East, Knife Lake worked their way east to the end of Phase 1 and turned. around to head back toward downtown.

12 kwi 2024 · During the first phase of construction, detour signage will re-route traffic on Main Street outside of the construction area to Second Street South. Main Street, between First Avenue and Fifth Avenue East, will be closed and traffic will be directed a block. south of Main Street for the duration of the first phase.
