Ring Polishers most likely will not affect the bonuses that are given by sets, and G'hi should only be in affect after the ring set bonuses. In other words, at CL 10, you get an extra 100 HP, or 10%, at full G'hi.
A ring set is a set of Rings that, if worn on the same hand, unlocks bonus attributes. When a Ring Set becomes unlocked, the four rings in the set become highlighted in gold. For more details about a particular ring set and it's bonus, go to Combat: Ring Sets.
Players can easily shuffle their character abilities around after receiving them by simply taking the rings off and wearing different ones. This flexibility of character skill sets makes for a very convenient and fun advancement system for your character.
