Hi, whilst charging my ring 2 battery it is displaying both amber and green lights flashing, I can’t find what that means. Thanks.
My batteries are charging to 100% but both lights (red and green) remain on. Previously as I recall it when charging it was red and when charged just green. Anyone have any ideas please?
Was the light green indicating it was fully charged? If so, try removing and putting it back in. Sometimes it doesn’t refresh and removing it and putting it back helps.

When I plugged the battery in to charge, the green and orange light flash and the battery won't charge. I'm not getting the solid green and orange lights.
Check to make sure your Stick Up Cam is powered on. Charge the battery for five to 10 minutes, then reinsert it. You may need to try a different power outlet or micro-USB charging cable if there are no charging lights on the battery. Restart your router and run through the setup process again.
