21. VW’s omissions were material to Plaintiff Rieger. Had VW disclosed its knowledge of the Piston Defect including in or on any media including internet sites and ads, television ads, the Monroney sticker or through dealership personnel before she purchased her vehicle, Plaintiff Rieger would have seen and been aware of the disclosures.
