Season 9 interns were a really good edition to the show. I forgot how much I liked this group. They really all bring something to the table on the show and I find all of them interesting, as well as the dynamics between them, I wish all of them would have lasted.
Season 1 - Meredith, Alex, George, Izzie, Cristina. Season 4 (There were a lot of interns this season, MAGIC had about 4 interns each) Some notable ones are - Lexie, Steve, Ryan, Dani, Megan (pregnant), Pierce, Norman (old guy), Sadie. Season 9 - Jo, Stephanie, Shane, Leah, Heather.
Season 9 interns felt very organic. The interns came in and blended in with the cast. It didn't feel 'forced' and despite how much hate Shane and Leah get, they were decently written.
