For more information, see the instructions for line 11c and line 13d, later. Use Worksheet 2 to figure the credit for wages paid before July 1, 2021 (second quarter). Use Worksheet 4 to figure the credit for wages paid after June 30, 2021, and before January 1, 2022 (third and fourth quarters).
