To maintain an active license, every licensee is required to complete seven (7) hours of continuing professional education for each fiscal year in courses approved by the Commission. Beginning fiscal year 2024 all brokers and associate brokers must include three (3) hours of broker-level continuing education of the seven (7) hours.
