Bandai branched RG kits out of the Gundam series, with the RG Evangelion series also being fantastic (with minor flaws that can be easily remedied). RG's are also a step above MG's when it comes to build difficulty, due to higher overall part count and much lower part size.

GUNDAM RG -36- RX-93-V2 HI-NU GUNDAM 1/144. Born in the Belthorchika's Children manga, the RX-93-v2 more commonly known as Hi-Nu was Amuro's choice of mobile suit during the events of said manga, part of Char's Counterattack.
