If you prefer to export your model via a file using Lumion 10.0 and newer, then you can export a Lumion Collada file (.DAE) file from Revit using the Lumion LiveSync for Revit Export button in the palette.
The Lumion LiveSync for Revit plug-in includes two features — LiveSync and a Collada (.DAE) exporter. Now, you can view and change your Revit model in real-time in Lumion, as well as export a Collada (.DAE) file from Revit and import (or re-import) it seamlessly into Lumion. You will need Lumion 10.0 (or newer) and Revit 2015 (or newer).

If you have a hard drive that is making a weird noise or is failing, please include the Model Number, when you started using it and any other details such as "I dropped it" or "It is brand new". These are important and can save you time when getting a question answered.
12 maj 2022 · since last week I got an error message when exporting a Revit file to DAE. I use the normal Lumion plugin for Revit. when I import a DAE file that was exported with a friends laptop it works fine.
