25 paź 2016 · With the exception of endoscopic abdominoplasty, most abdominoplasty procedures involve resection of transverse skin and soft tissue inferiorly and placement of the final scar below or within the bikini or underwear line. Vertical soft-tissue laxity is thus corrected and the final scar is well hidden.
These post operative pictures were taken at about three months after surgery and as you can appreciate this surgery not only improved the patients’ abdominal contour but also helped to relieve her from a constricted scar around her rib cage.
