The first justification of the woman is in her being called out of Babylon the harlot, as the culminating stage of the latter's sin, when judgment is about to fall: for apostate Christendom, Babylon, is not to be converted, but to be destroyed.
4 sty 2022 · God calls His people during the tribulation to disassociate from Babylon the Great. They must “come out of her” (Revelation 18:4). Have nothing to do with the false religion of the Antichrist. Separate from that system and its sinfulness; have no fellowship with her. Do not commit spiritual adultery.
What does Revelation 18:4 mean? Apparently, saved Jews and Gentiles will live and work in Babylon and other major cities. This would not be without difficulty, given restrictions imposed by the False Prophet (Revelation 13:16–17).
Rev. 18:4-5. The plagues that will strike Jerusalem will come after her sins have piled to the heavens. Specifically, under the rule of the Beast, the fallen city will direct the martyrdom of all those who maintain their testimony of Jesus in events known as the Great Tribulation (see Chapter 13).

Verse 4. - And I heard another voice from heaven, saying. Probably the voice of another angel in succession to the one mentioned in ver. 1. Another angel takes up the theme, because the message is now directly addressed to Christians. Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
