1 kwi 2018 · I opened about 200 tabs of webpages in Firefox 59.0.2 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 16.04 (Xenial Xerus). I closed Firefox, and then rebooted Ubuntu. When I started Firefox again, I had a chance to restore the previous 200 tabs of webpages, by clicking History → Restore Previous Session.
The kinds of files you may find among your sessionstore files are: recovery.jsonlz4: the windows and tabs in your currently live Firefox session (or, if Firefox crashed at the last shutdown and is still closed, your last session) recovery.baklz4: a backup copy of recovery.jsonlz4.

31 sty 2017 · A file recovery tool, like described in How to recover your Firefox session when all hope is lost, can be used (Recuva, has a free version) to recover the old deleted version of sessionstore.js (where the URLs for the Firefox tabs are stored). It (fortunately) worked for me today.
