9 sty 2019 · There is a way to restore a deleted game (using support). Go to Steam support. Select 'Games, Software etc' in the list. Type the name of the game you wish to restore (I suggest copying the full name text from the games steam page or it might not recognise the name). It will list more suggestions.

10 wrz 2019 · Right click the game/program you are having problems. Select properties -> local files -> Verify Integrity of local files. This will make Steam check for the local files and any files that are corrupted/missing will be reacquired.

20 maj 2017 · Many of the files for a game were renamed, moved, some possibly even deleted. External files were added as well. How do I get all of the contents of a game back to its standard state? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but everything was the same as before I uninstalled. Thanks!
As well as the extremely useful advice already given, if they aren't just game files that can be restored via "verify game files" then look in your recycle bin, find the files and select "restore"
