Question: I downloaded GTA San Andreas through Steam and the only version available is v3.0, which doesn't allow me to set the resolution to 16:9 (1280 x 720, 1600 x 900, 1920 x 1080).

I found the fix to run the game in 4k (or any other resolution) permantelly: Download the Widescreen fix by ThirteenAG and put the files inside your modloader folder. Then, open up the GTASA.WidescreenFix .ini with your notepad. You'll see these two options: ResX = 0 and ResY = 0.
