If you finish it and want more the PSP release Resistance Retribution is great, especially on the Vita with the 2nd stick controlling the camera. The vita exclusive Burning Skies is a bit dumb story wise but is a decent FPS in the world of resistance.
It was a package like never before, 12 hour campaign, 8 player coop and 60 player multiplayer. Nothing has come close to giving us such content for $60. I completed the first one and been sitting on the second. Can't wait to play it has been a blast! No wonder this was chosen as a stage in PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale.

Overall, Resistance 2 is an excellent game with a solid plot, some good (but also some less good) improvements and overall, good play length and excellent multiplayer (that is no longer available unfortunately).

Resistance 2 is a sweeping, grand epic of a masterpiece issued in staccato bursts of ceaselessly entertaining action, which ultimately provide the gamer with a wonderfully paced and satisfying adventure. Resistance 2 does a fantastic job of improving on the original game, and is one of the best shooters available for the PS3.
There are 3 online huge levels for the beta. 1. Orick,California. 2Chicago, Illinois, and 3San Francisco, Ca. There are alot of game types including deathmatch, team deathmatch, skirmish, and core control . The graphics on resistance 2 are far better than call of duty 4 and others, They compare to drakes fortune but better.
