Get your guide is absolutely a scam company. We showed up for our Eiffel tower tour and the guide left stating that we were late. We lost 280 euros and no matter how many times we called no one answered and all of my emails get returned with an apology that they cannot refund our tour money.
Absolutely a legit company and absolutely wonderful. We made the reservation for the tour very last minute (as in 10pm for a 9am tour the next day). The CEO of the company responded to us within an hour and had us set up with a brilliant guide. A 4 hour tour ended up taking 6.5 hours because our guide was just full of fascinating information.
In my opinion, Resident Advisor is as legit as you can get. I would not be worried at all. Have bought tickets through them many times and no issues. They probably have their own pool. Even if that was some sort of mistake, the site is legit and quite popular. They will not steal your money.

This company is a total scam and stole 136$ dollars from me. I emailed them within 1 minute of receiving the tickets for the incorrect day and they refused to even acknowledge a problem. Viator is awful.

After going through the site thoroughly we found the following discrepancies: a) Unlike other websites, the Go Ahead Tours website makes no upfront, let alone clear, mention of what's included and what's not included in the pricing.
