Just found a fix for slow downloads from microsoft store! Delivery Optimization - > Advanced Options -> Put download limits to 100%. You have to enable the limiter, that is the key.

17 mar 2023 · If you have EA app installed, you should uninstall it while you are downloading. Also pausing your download on Xbox app, closing it out. Then open the Microsoft store and search for the game you’re trying to download, then continue the download. Do this while also turning off real time protection.
