Get a chip of the wood trim and take it with you to the home improvement store and get them to color-match the paint (you may also be able to pull a piece of the trim off the wall). The other option would be to find similar trim at the store and replace the damaged piece.
At the very least you could do a straight cut of the door frame, and moldings. Purchase new wood to match and try to replace. They use some wood putty, primer and paint.
The best thing I have found for dog scratches on trim is to dilute a darker stain with mineral spirits, then dip a rag into that mixture. Rub that mixture onto the wood. It makes the scratches darker, so your eyes are not drawn to them. It doesn’t fix them, but it helps.
