Since there is no end date for this program, assistance will be available until all funds have been committed.
Current law requires RAP participants (i.e., certificate holders) to enter into an approved rental agreement within 90 days but allows DOH to extend a certificate’s expiration, in one or more increments, up to an additional 90 days (i.e., 180 days total).
