Church members can submit names to prayer rolls by visiting the information page of any temple. On the page, simply click on the prayer roll link. You may then enter the names of up to five individuals per request. Names submitted to a temple prayer roll remain on the list for two weeks.

Requests can also be made through the “Temples” section of the Member Tools mobile app (beginning August 25, 2020 for Android and September 1, 2020 for iOS).
You may submit requests for the names of family and friends to be placed on the prayer roll, using the online Prayer Roll system. You must log in with your Church Account username and password. Names stay on the prayer roll for two weeks.

Any member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints may now visit any temple’s information page and then click on the prayer roll link.
