It shouldn't cause an issue. It means that you have a copy of Windows that's been cracked with autokms (Google it). There's a good chance that if you do remove it you won't be able to boot your pc.

I have recently acquired a new computer and, on my first day of use, I decided to do a virus scan using windows defender. Apparently, my computer had a potentialy unwanted program named Hacktool:win64/autokms. I immediately put this program under quarantine.
