We can only recommend the following procedure at the moment: If the scammer has/had access to your bank details (e.g., bank, credit card etc.), you should contact your banking/credit institution (s) as soon as possible and inform them that you have been the victim of fraud. Ask them to reverse the transaction if possible.
I called Facebook customer service and was trying to report a ban that I thought wasn't fair. The agent then said he could help me get unbanned with a few steps. As soon as he said that, I was immediately alert.
7 lis 2023 · Remove AnyDesk from the compromised device. Uninstall AnyDesk the same way you’d uninstall any application. You should also scan your device for malware and other suspicious apps. Freeze your credit with all three bureaus. Scammers often use stolen data to open new accounts or take out loans in your name.
AnyDesk itself is not a scan, but I would recommend to at least delete the service.conf file located at %programdata%\AnyDesk and restart AnyDesk Service (ideally the entire folder) so you will get a new AnyDesk ID, which the scammer does not know about. Appealing work you have here.
