facebook has changed how some third party apps are allowed to authenticate. you will need to login to facebook via browser and go to Account Settings > Security > App Passwords and generate a special password for each app that you are trying to authenticate
If you purchase any T2 Mac that has FileVault enabled you've got to get that password. Then immediately turn off FileVault. If you want to use it then re-enable it with your own password and get your very own recovery key.
