You can add or remove a mobile phone number from your account in your settings. We recommend that you always add an email to your account to help you gain access to your account in case you ever lose access to your mobile phone.

To change your email address, you’ll need to remove an email address associated with your account first and then add a new email address. Note: You can also change who sees the email address associated with your account, and which email address is the primary email associated with your account.
Remove a mobile phone number. Scroll to the bottom of Facebook and tap Settings & Privacy. In the Account Settings section, tap Personal Information, then tap Phone Number. Tap Remove below the number you'd like to remove. Enter your Facebook password, then tap Remove Number to confirm.
Tap the phone number that you'd like to remove, then tap Remove. You can also tap the drop-down menu to change who can see your phone number (e.g. Only me). Enter your Facebook password, then tap Remove number to confirm.
Click Settings. Click Accounts Center, then click Personal details. Click Contact info, then click Add new contact. Click Add mobile number. Enter the mobile number you'd like to add, then choose the accounts you'd like to add this number to. When you add a number, you may be asked to enter a confirmation code.
