License Holder Search. Search Criteria. * In the "Name or License Number" field you can enter organization names or individual names, individual names are in the "last name, first name middle name" format.
Click on the type of search below to enter search criteria. Press "Back" to return to the previous screen. Search by Name for a Specified License Type. Search by License Number. Search by City. Search by County.
You may search as follows: By ID Number (Unique ID or Registration Number) By Name (last name, first name and optionally city/zip code/county) By Business Name (business name and optionally city/zip code/county) search a licensee. Searches are currently available for the following types of licenses/registrations.
* To search for Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons licenses, you must go to eAccessNY and select Public License Search. * Open Data NY: The following license data is available on the Open NY portal where you will be able to browse, filter, sort and export the data.

The broker (who is indicated on the salesperson’s online application) must log on to their own personal real estate online account and click on "List of Licenses"; a listing of all your License (s) and License Number (s) (UID#'s) will be listed. Click on the appropriate broker license.
Click on the "Search" button to begin your search. The screen will display a list starting with a name which best matches the sequence of letters you entered. Scroll through the list to locate the licensee whose record you seek, then click on the license number to view that record. Search by name.
