There’s now a tab in the collections panel (used to be mounts) where your transmog appearances show up. You just have to equip a piece of gear to learn the appearance. Your old transmog is probably in void storage and you might need to take it out and equip it to learn it.
Every single time you run up to use the Transmog vendor, the player inevitably runs off to AFK again 10 ft away. I always feel bad when I realise I ran off while someone was using the mogger or vendor : ( I was AFKing in old Darnassus earlier on my transmog mount.
