No, but purely anecdotally it seems to me that termination related support requests are being entirely ignored. What little I have heard of them responding to support requests, I have heard no one getting any response if the issue is a terminated account. I want to say that it's not.
The thing is in order to reset my email I need my password. A password that I no longer know. I can’t reset my password because I need my email. Which happens to be the one I don’t use anymore. Does anyone know anyway to help?
