  5. If you consume it in moderation as part of your menu for taste and variety it can be excellent. In that context it may even be beneficial to general health as part of a balanced menu. If you consume it because you think it helps manage blood glucose levels you are sadly mistaken.

  6. Apple cider vinegar is one thing, but why wouldn't fasting work? The idea with fasting is you have a smaller time to eat so there's less time for your blood sugar to fluctuate and more time for it to go down during fasts. I don't do it strictly, but I try not to eat between dinner and breakfast which is really the same idea.

  7. 5 mar 2024 · I have started to take apple cider vinegar before breakfast and my evening meal followed by something small and veggie before my meal. It seems to work lowering my glucose spike but it taste pretty grim!
