It's a 1080p monitor with an IPS panel that supports up to 144Hz. Not sure why people are putting PS5 caps at 60. It's definitely enough though. Depends on what games you play. For most games, a 60hz monitor should be good.
It annoys me when PC users complain that their fps (frames per second) isn't good enough even though it's above 60fps. Some even want more than 200fps when 60fps looks fast enough and feels just as life-like. I play on a Nintendo Switch, a lot of the games I play are capped at 30fps.
For realtime footage, I like to use 24fps as it looks more "cinematic," but if I intend to slow down footage, I'll shoot in 60fps and playback in 24. Some people liked Gemini Man's 60fps look, while others (like me) didn't really like it as there was much less motion blur than if you shot in 24.

My statement is that 60fps video creates more striking lighting (that's right, FRAME RATE is creating more striking LIGHTING) than HDR, even though HDR is, y'know, high dynamic range of brights and darks.
