22 mar 2010 · In order to better assess progress in implementing the Recovery Act, Section 1512 reporting requirements and to assist the RATB in its oversight, the Federal agencies are required to compile a comprehensive list of all awards subject to the Recovery Act, Section 1512.

The three main goals of the Recovery Act as stated on the White House Recovery Web site are to: 1) create new jobs as well as save existing ones; 2) spur economic activity and invest in long-term economic growth; and 3) foster unprecedented levels of accountability and transparency in government spending [10].
Implements Section 1512(c). This section imposes various reporting requirements on a Federal Government contractor receiving ARRA funds, including amounts received, projects or activities for which funds are to be used, estimated number of jobs created or retained, and information regarding subcontractors.
