The reporting requirements under section 1512 of the Recovery Act include extensive reporting on the details of projects and activities, including an estimate of the number of jobs created and retained.
24 wrz 2010 · The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, P.L. 111-5 (“Recovery Act”) was signed into law by President Obama on February 17, 2009. As required by Section 1512 of the Recovery Act, thus far, recipients have provided data on the use of Recovery Act funding for four reporting periods.
First, Section 1512 requires recipients and sub-recipients to report on the nature of projects undertaken with Recovery Act funds, and the numbers of jobs created and retained. This information must be reported to FederalReporting.gov, a system created and managed by OMB and the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board (RATB).
