The term ``agency´´ has the meaning given under section 551 of title 5, United States Code. (2) Board.— The term ``Board´´ means the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board established in section 1521. (3) Chairperson.— The term ``Chairperson´´ means the Chairperson of the Board. (4) Covered funds.—
“Recipient reports required by Section 1512 of the Recovery Act will answer important questions, such as: Who is receiving Recovery Act dollars and in what amounts? What projects or activities are being funded with Recovery Act dollars?
First, Section 1512 requires recipients and sub-recipients to report on the nature of projects undertaken with Recovery Act funds, and the numbers of jobs created and retained. This information must be reported to FederalReporting.gov, a system created and managed by OMB and the Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board (RATB).
