I tried to do some basic troubleshooting, such as updating or uninstalling the driver in the device manager control panel, downloading new Realtek HD audio drivers, etc, but nothing has fixed it. Somewhere along the way, I made it so no sound is outputted on that audio device.

22 lut 2017 · I hover over the sound icon on the taskbar and it says "No speakers or headphones are plugged in". Although I have like 2 headphones plugged in and two front speakers that should be working. Below is a list of things I've already started to hopefully resolve the problem.
4) Run the Playing Sound troubleshooter at Start button > Settings> Update & Security > Troubleshoot. 5) Try rolling back the sound drivers in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button. Choose Sound controller and other audio devices, then Driver tab, then Roll back if available.
