The lead quality is so poor - mostly people who have (somewhat unwittingly) filled in a clickbait questionnaire (home values or grant programs are popular hooks). They won't know anything about why you are calling them. It's similar to cold calling.

Redfin is a dump company. They refuse to take me on tours so now I have to use Zillow, Trulia and Realtor instead now. Plus they lowball current real estate home values to scam sellers into a lowball offer! They are owned or linked to OpenDoor aka ClosedDoor scam company to ripoff sellers.
