Login Instructions. What is my User Name? It can be found on your RDP Letter of Acceptance, or RDP Billing Statement. What is my password? You can create your new password or reset a forgotten password using the Password Reset Page. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM. Web: itsupport.rdpolytech.ca.
Log in to the Residence Portal. Click Login in the right corner. Click Login with an external service: RDP-Student SSO Login. This will now ask for your Red Deer Polytechnic username and password (same username and password as you use when logging in to MyRDP (formerly called TheLoop).
Visit the Office 365 login page and select Sign in. Log in with your RDP email address and password. Select Outlook from the list of apps (located along the left-hand side). Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is in use at Red Deer Polytechnic.
