15 paź 2024 · According to users feedback, when the Windows Hello login option is enabled on the device, Remote Desktop login may fail due to delayed synchronization of Microsoft account credentials. The picture you added seems to be invalid, you can re-upload the picture in the reply, please be careful to block personal information. Best regards.
10 kwi 2022 · Logout and login with password (not PIN) at least once before RDP access. Once you login with a password once, you can re-enable the Hello sign-in if you want and still use the password with RDP. The fix is logging in once with the password.
