19 wrz 2024 · The IPTP is a national program that offers Indigenous candidates the opportunity to attend Depot for 3 weeks of training. The program is offered to Indigenous people from across Canada between the ages of 19-29 who are considering a career in law enforcement.
You will then begin an extensive 26-week training program at Depot, the RCMP Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan. Once you successfully complete the Cadet Training Program (CTP), you will be offered employment with the RCMP and given peace officer status.
