Enrollment. The Cadet Training Program prepares cadets for a policing career. The RCMP Academy is located in Regina Saskatchewan. Successful applicants are enrolled as cadets and attend the Training Academy for a 26-week training program. The Cadet Training Program is based on principles of adult-learning and community policing.
