So after about a week of dealing with a single-color setup because Synapse was broken, I finally fixed it. Follow these pretty closely: Right click the Start button. Select 'Apps and Features'. Search for Razer. Select Synapse. Choose 'Uninstall'. 'Uninstall' again. Wait for the Razer menu to open.
I had a similar problem after the update and i think i found a possible fix. what i did was to delete the ApplicationSetting.txt file in the Synapse3 folder in C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Razer\Synapse3\Settings and relaunched Synapse. not sure if this might fix your issue.
Has anyone else had issues with their Synapse 3 after the most recent Windows Update? Granted before this I already had an issue for a few months where my Synapse 3 wouldn’t launch after a restart/shut down as it would put me in a Razer Central log in loop and wouldn’t actually launch Synapse 3.
