13 mar 2023 · For the scroll jumping issue - you can try to spray some air inside to “clean” the dust from scroll encoder (it’s located at the left side of the scroll). If it’ll still not work - it may require manual cleaning, but it requires mouse disassembly (don’t do it if you still have valid warranty).
