I've ridden a stock Sting and a stock Surron., The Sting is much better. The DNM volcano forks are Garbage, but you can upgrade to Fastace which is better, or Manitou Dorado which are pissa.. obviously the price goes up significantly with the Manitou..
Rawrr Mantis thoughts? I haven't seen almost any info on the Mantis in the last year. It seems to be a high-quality build with similar power/speed as a talaria, but it’s more expensive than all the other bikes of that speed.

Cons: Underpowered, outdated brakes and ergonomics, small and less comfortable for larger riders. Rawrr Mantis. Pros: Larger feel, decent initial power, stiff suspension.

At this price, we had our doubts, but after testing it thoroughly, we can confidently say it’s worth every penny.
14 wrz 2023 · Sur-Ron has become a pretty big name in the space and the Mantis compares favorably on paper as the Sur-Ron offers a 60-volt battery and 5,000-watt motor and costs $4,400. Yes, the Rawrr 72V is 160 pounds compared to the 120 or so of the Sur-Ron, but there’s just more juice and we’d take that every time.
