22 paź 2024 · Roughly chop or crumble bacon. Blend warm bacon vinaigrette. To the bacon and shallot mixture in blender, add oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Blend until smooth. Assemble salad. Add spinach to a large bowl and toss with 1/3 of the hot dressing. Top with sliced mushrooms, onions, and another 1/3 of the dressing and toss together.
The bacon in this salad provides just the right amount of salt and flavor. Your mouth and your tummy will be so happy! In addition to the bacon the golden raisins provide a little bit of sweetness and texture to the salad and the sunflower seeds add just the right amount of crunch.
