14 kwi 2024 · I use RareScanner. My only two minor gripes are that it can list loot drops that aren’t unique to the rare, like 0.12% epic world drop BoEs, without indicating the drop chance or likeliness/uniqueness to that particular mob.
I've been looking around in Google for the best addon to find rares with but there's many opinions and most of them are from years ago. I currently use RareScanner but its range is pathetic and I was wondering if there's a better one? Thanks a lot.
You can enable up to 10 (or 15, I don't remember right now), spawning spots at the same time. If the addon remembers this between sessions, everytime you log into the game you will find your map filled with dots.

24 gru 2018 · When I was putting my UI / addons together, I noticed NPCScan didnt have a list of all the rares (only the BC / WoTLK world rares) and I remembered having to make my own custom list back in the day. Well, I've done it again and I wish to share it with all of you.
RareScanner is an addon for World of Warcraft that includes a group of tools to help you track rare NPCs, treasures and events while you play. The notable tools that RareScanner includes are: Alerts from nearby rare NPCs/treasures/events. This is the main feature of RareScanner.
RareScanner is there to notify you for nearby rares, while also adding their locations on map. I'm personally using both, but I just hid the rares from HandyNotes settings (so I only see the RareScanner's rare nodes on my map).
