3 maj 2023 · The RareScanner addon allows you to track rare NPCs, treasures, and events using your map, a special explorer window, and alerts that pop up when a tracked NPC or event is detected nearby. The addon makes it easy to find missing items from your collections. It can also be useful for completing achievements.
14 kwi 2024 · I use RareScanner. My only two minor gripes are that it can list loot drops that aren’t unique to the rare, like 0.12% epic world drop BoEs, without indicating the drop chance or likeliness/uniqueness to that particular mob.
Basically open the Explorer, select in the Filters dropdown "Drop missing mounts", deselect everything else, and then click on the button "Filter NPCs". Then you will see in your map only rare NPCs that drop missing mounts and you won't get notifications for the rest of NPCs.

6 wrz 2019 · HandyNotes is an addon that does exactly that! It has the ability to show and hide vendors, dungeon entrances, trainers, flight paths, etc. and rare spawns!! . Turn the rares on and hover over one of the dots that appear on your map to see what the name of the spawn is.
Personally I used the addon All The Things for finding the event on my own server. By default you can see the event in the list, hover over it and it tells you how to activate the guiding arrow to possible spawn spots.
