Sites like this have tons of fast free links. The ones I use that download at 1-2mb/s are dailyuploads, dropapk, mx-sh, usercloud when it's working, clicknupload, and probably more that I've never had a reason to try but you can try them out and see how fast they are on your own.
I tried finding a Remux version of all the Harry Potter films for example, it was a pain in the ass, i ended up going with the ~20Gb version available at rarebg, honestly it looks pretty good but i was thinking if am going to download 4k movies, better just have the proper version.
