JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the cow/calf 100% grassfed operation, including the breeding and raising of stock. Also manage other livestock, such as poultry, pigs, sheep and honeybees, using recognized breeding practices to ensure stock health and improvement.
Hire and supervise ranch employees (typically 2), off-ranch contractors (roughly 5), and staff related to outfitting business (typically 3-5 per week of hunt season). Schedule flights/arrivals/departures, procure supplies, food, and review, approve and classify all billable ranch activities.
