Grim Tales: 46k woodcutting XP, 19k agility XP, 19k thieving XP, 10k herblore XP, 6k farming XP. Legends' Quest: 4 lamps of 22.35k XP, can only be used on Attack, Defence, Strength, Hitpoints, Prayer, Magic, Woodcutting, Crafting, Smithing, Herblore, Agility or Thieving.
From 1-29 there are a couple quests you can do to skip the low lvl stuff. Just go on the wiki to see what they are (I forgot). From there I did multiple runs a day (4 max but at most it was 3).
Raids are group activities for members in which the goal of the player(s) is to defeat several mini-bosses before reaching the final boss of the raid to claim their rewards, which include multiple best-in-slot equipment in the entire game.

Improved Quest XP Rewards. XP Rewards (excluding Combat skills) from Master and Grandmaster level quests have been improved. Players can retroactively receive this experience by talking to Perdu and a handful of other NPCs. Combat Achievements Expansion. Added Combat Achievements for Tombs of Amascut.
